Reviews and Ratings
We had a magical experience at the Rainforest tent, which offered a unique blend of rustic charm and comfort. The nature surrounding us, including turtles and ducks, created a special atmosphere for our first anniversary. However, not everyone might appreciate the lack of modern amenities, as some might prefer a more conventional hotel experience.
My experience at this resort was quite mixed. While I appreciated the beautiful rustic setting and the potential it offered, the state of the room was far below what I expected for the price. The staff were friendly and did offer some compensation for the issues, but it felt more reactive than proactive, which left a sour taste. Overall, I won't be returning due to the lack of maintenance and attention to detail.
Our stay at Ruby Lake Resort was memorable due to the stunning natural surroundings and the charm of the restaurant. However, the overpriced accommodations felt a bit misleading in terms of quality, and the breakfast was only continental. The location is lovely and ideal for enjoying nature, but the amenities could use improvement for the price.
My stay at the resort was a mixed bag. While the location was absolutely breathtaking and the grounds were remarkably well-kept, the accommodation left much to be desired. The communal bathroom experience and a persistent rooster made for restless nights. The lack of essential amenities in the kitchen and the condition of the tent were also disappointing, especially for the price paid.
I had high hopes for our stay, but it turned out to be quite disappointing. While Ruby Lake itself is beautiful, the resort lacked basic amenities and cleanliness. Our rustic cabin was very cramped and more reminiscent of camping than a getaway. Overall, the experience did not match the resort-like prices we paid.
